Do you offer refunds?
Yes, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99.
How do I use my store credit?
The store credit will come in a code which you enter at the final page of checkout. Store credit does not cover shipping charges and is a one time use credit so you will need to make sure your order is of equal or greater value to use the full amount.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, we charge for delivery on all orders under $200 and Express Delivery orders. We offer FREE delivery on all orders $200 and above.
Can I follow the delivery status of my order?
Yes, a tracking number is included on the order confirmation which you are sent by e-mail. All orders are sent out by USPS (standard mail)
How can I pay for my dress?
You can pay for all dresses online with Visa, Discover or Master Card and PayPal.
Can my dress also be sent by express delivery?
Yes, we have an Express Delivery option for $19.00. Please allow 1-2 Business Days. We do not ship out on weekends.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are you not sure about the right size for your dress? Just contact us on email@example.com. We will help you order the right size dress.

Can I wash my bandage dress?
No you can't, dry clean only. See the label in the bandage dress.
